Your own senior DevOps engineer, without hiring one.
I'm Luka Šipić. Through SHIPICH Technologies I run, automate and secure infrastructure for software teams that have no dedicated ops person, and I stay accountable when production misbehaves.
Services
Five areas that cover the path from servers to the business applications running on them.
Infrastructure & production operations
Linux servers and cloud infrastructure: configuration, capacity, upgrades, incident investigation and service recovery, with checks before and after every change.
Delivery & Kubernetes
GitLab CI/CD, build workflows, release preparation and production deployments. Kubernetes operations including configuration, secrets and registry integration.
Infrastructure automation
Terraform, Ansible, Python and Bash for provisioning, configuration and recurring operational tasks.
Monitoring & security
Dashboards, metrics and log analysis, plus patching, vulnerability remediation, VPN, firewall and access management.
Application & integration support
Troubleshooting applications, APIs, external integrations and data flows between systems.

Lookout by Shipich
A self-hosted infrastructure monitoring platform. You run it on your own server, and no data leaves your installation. It is my own product. It watches servers, websites, network services and Kubernetes clusters, alerts the right people, and gives your team and your customers one place to see what is healthy.
Servers & apps
Linux and Windows agent reporting every minute: CPU, memory, disks, network, processes and Docker. Deeper checks for Cassandra, Elasticsearch, Kafka, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Nginx and more. The agent updates itself.
Websites & network
Availability, response time, SSL and domain expiry, keyword and multi-step checks from several locations, with a screenshot when a site fails. TCP/UDP, ping, DNS, blacklists, SNMP devices and cron heartbeats.
Kubernetes
Nodes, pods, workloads and events, pod logs, crash-loop detection and a plain-language reason whenever a cluster is not healthy.
Alerts that don't flood
One problem opens one incident. Dependencies, maintenance windows, snoozing, escalation, on-call rotations and postmortems. Notifications via email, SMS, Slack, Teams, Discord, push and signed webhooks.
Status pages & reports
Public status pages with email subscriptions that never expose internal host names. Availability and infrastructure health reports as scheduled PDFs.
Operate from it
Browser SSH terminal with encrypted credentials and host-identity checks, saved commands, live log search across servers, subnet discovery and bulk import.
- Web app plus native apps for iOS, Android, macOS, Windows and Linux
- Roles with 39 permissions, two-factor login and API keys
- OpenAPI API and a Prometheus /metrics endpoint
- Installs with Docker in one command, or on your own nginx
Lookout watches and alerts. It never restarts services or changes your servers on its own.
Three ways to get Lookout
What you get
Outcomes, not hours.
- Production infrastructure that is maintained and expanded without surprises
- Upgrades with verified before/after state, so nothing silently breaks
- Kubernetes deployments that are repeatable and supported
- Infrastructure changes delivered as reviewed Terraform and Ansible code
- GitLab and Artifactory kept patched and available
- Monitoring that finds application, infrastructure and database problems before customers do
- Integrations and customer-reported issues investigated to root cause
- Locked-down VPN, firewall and server access
How I work
You work directly with a senior engineer. Details such as rates and response times are agreed per engagement.
- Intro callWe talk through your systems and what hurts. No obligation.
- AuditA short review of your infrastructure that ends in a prioritized plan.
- Project or ongoing supportA defined project, or a continuing arrangement for operations and extra DevOps capacity. Everything is documented and handed over.
Who it's for
Software companies and businesses that need ongoing infrastructure support, additional DevOps capacity, or technical ownership of applications and integrations.
Let's talk about your infrastructure
Tell me what you run and where it hurts, and I'll reply with next steps.
